I won’t see Ghost for another 233 days, but I’m already stressing about how I’m going to get to the venue what to wear if anyone will talk to me (I’m going alone) will it be fun will it be sad will the Trump administration shut it down will a hurricane shut it down will the world end before then will I get sick/hurt/die before then—

I’m humbled. Truly humbled by friends I don’t deserve. Please be assured, I haven’t earned any of this. There are just some truly wonderful people left in this world, and for some unknown reason, they’ve decided to make a cranky old Gen X loser cry with joy, today.

I still maintain that, at the very least, we won’t have the same ghouls in the next tour/era. Having said that—

What if there are no ghouls? What if it’s just Papa V singing/performing to canned music, alone?

I don’t know if that is reasonable…but for some reason, I feel like we’re about to witness a MAJOR shift in how Ghost is presented/performs. Not sure what made me feel this way; it’s just a weird paranoia about this year, I guess.
